Delivery Times
- All products are kept in stock and dispatched the same day if ordered before 3.30pm (Monday-Friday).
- However, we do endevour to ship all orders placed before 4:00pm the same day subject to stock availabilty.
- Delivery to UK mainland addresses, take 1-3 working days (Subject to Royal Mail).
- Delivery to European addresses, take 3-5 working days (Subject to Royal Mail).
- Delivery to Worldwide locations, take 3-10 working days (Subject to Royal Mail).
- Next Day Special Delivery orders are shipped the same day if placed by 3:30pm, Monday-Friday (exc Bank Holidays) We endevour to ship up to 4:00pm when possible and subject to stock availabilty.
- Next Day Special Delivery 9am orders are shipped the same day if placed by 3:30pm to arrive by 9am next working day, Monday - Friday (exc Bank Holidays). Orders will be received the following working day by 9am Monday–Friday (exc Bank Holidays).
- Saturday Special Delivery orders are shipped on Friday for next day delivery before 1:00pm. Please ensure that the order is placed before 3:30pm on Friday.
- All delivery services require a signiture.
Items not in stock will be sent as soon as we receive delivery (typically no longer than 14 days).
We are happy to accomadate specific delivery requests via email in advance.
Receipt of Goods
If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel is then returned to us. Postal charges of will apply to re-send the goods back out to you.
Please be aware: We can not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system or non-deliveries when a signature can not be obtained. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at customerservices@starlightlingerie.co.uk
All non UK deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail (international signed-for delivery) or Courier/Parcel Force depending on weight. All items will require a signature on receipt and we can provide a tracking number if you believe goods have been delayed. If an item can not be delivered because no one is available to sign for it, you will be notified that it is being held by the courier company or Royal mail (notification will come from them, not us) and it is your responsibility to arrange collection/re-delivery. If an item is returned to us due to non-collection, postal charges will apply to re-send the goods back to you.
